Republicans and the groups funding them put $220 million behind ads attacking trans and LGBTQ people. It was their single biggest ad priority in the country — more than they spent on groceries, wages, health care, or anything else that shows up in your budget.

It didn’t stop when the ads came down. They put four federal agencies on restricting health care for Americans who are transgender. Republicans need to get their priorities straight.

Groceries. Gas. Rent and mortgage payments. Utility bills. Health care and prescriptions. Child care.

Not one of those ads brought down a single price. That was never what they were for.

80%

of us want them to talk about something else.

Republicans, Democrats, independents — 80% of voters say politicians should spend less time on transgender issues and more time on what people actually care about, like the economy and inflation.

That’s about as close to unanimous as this country gets.

They spent $220 million ignoring it.
